SPEAKER • CO-FOUNDER • ADVISOR
Speaker, co-founder and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience at the intersection of inner sustainability, circular economy, leadership and communication. Owner & co-founder of Circular Monday and co-founder of ClimateHero, Alexandra has delivered more than 1,000 public talks and appearances. She is known for her ability to hold complexity with clarity and support organizations, leaders and audiences navigating change, responsibility and long-term transformation.
Alexandra works on stage as a speaker, conference host and moderator, leading conversations where complex topics need to be held with structure, trust and human intelligence. She is known for her ability to hold both the room and the narrative, creating calm, flow and meaning even when subjects are complex, political or emotionally charged.
With more than a decade of experience and thousands of stage appearances, Alexandra has led conversations across business, civil society and cross-sector settings, primarily as a speaker and panelist, and regularly as a moderator and emcee. Her work often sits at the intersection of circular economy, sustainability transition, leadership and systems change.
She is the co-founder and owner of Circular Monday, the world’s largest global campaign for circular consumption, active in 58 countries, connecting more than 1,500 organizations and partners, and reaching over 108 million people worldwide.
Alexandra is also a mentor with Unreasonable Group and a board member of Adacto People, where she contributes experience across systems change, leadership, and sustainability transitions.
Alexandra has held senior leadership roles across civil society and impact-driven entrepreneurship, combining long-term organizational leadership with founder-level responsibility.
She served for seven years as Secretary General at Medveten Konsumtion, the Swedish Association for Responsible Consumption, where she represented the organization nationally and led its strategic and organizational development, strengthening visibility, relevance and financial stability over time.
She is also co-founder and shareholder of ClimateHero, an impact start-up helping businesses and households measure and reduce their climate footprint. While no longer operationally active, she was part of building the company between 2023-2025, contributing to strategic communication, partnerships, public engagement and large-scale campaigns.
Together, these roles reflect long-term experience in leading value-driven organizations, navigating complex societal issues, and holding responsibility in publicly visible leadership positions across different organizational contexts.
Alexandra has appeared multiple times on Sweden’s national morning show, TV4 Nyhetsmorgon, providing expert commentary on sustainable and circular consumption. In 2022, she represented Medveten Konsumtion in a national broadcast advocating for circular consumption. She also co-introduced the term cirkulent (now an established Swedish word) widely adopted online and by major brands such as IKEA.
Together, these appearances reflect long-standing trust in national media and a consistent public presence across television, press, and public dialogue.

Alexandra is a seasoned public speaker, moderator and conference host, trusted to lead conversations where complexity, responsibility and human experience meet. Her work on stage is characterized by calm authority, clarity and emotional intelligence, allowing both depth and direction to exist in the same room.
With over a decade of experience and more than a thousand public appearances, she is often invited to hold conversations that require presence, trust and nuance, across circular economy, leadership, systems change and personal responsibility.
Audiences describe her work as grounding, engaging and precise: creating space for reflection while moving conversations forward with intention.
19 February · Skellefteå Skellefteå Science Park / Science City Tänk Nytt 2.0 – Workshop series
In this workshop, Alexandra works hands-on with participants to translate sustainability and circular economy into clear strategic direction and competitive advantage. Drawing on real-world cases and systems thinking, she supports organizations in moving from ambition to action, aligning business goals with long-term resilience and value creation.
23 April · Gothenburg, GROW Business Network – Lecture: ”Behind the scenes of transformation”
In this lecture, Alexandra explores what it takes to create sustainable transformation that holds, not only in systems and strategies, but in people. Drawing on more than a decade at the forefront of societal change, she speaks to decision-makers about leadership, responsibility and the often unseen human cost of trying to “get sustainability right.”
Alexandra is known for a grounded, perceptive presence and an ability to name what often goes unspoken. In conversations, she brings clarity without force – creating space for others while still moving things forward.
She works comfortably at both strategic and human levels, holding complexity, detail and long-term perspective at the same time. This allows her to navigate sensitive topics, competing interests and high-stakes dialogue with calm authority and trust.
In collaborative settings, Alexandra is often described as attentive, clear and steady, someone who reads the room, understands underlying dynamics and helps conversations find direction without losing depth.
